Return Process

  Place the items in their original REGALROSE branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
